Alongside builders, architects, consultants, and artisans, we strive to deliver exceptional service to our clients while coordinating flawless execution across all facets of the construction process. We create detailed design packages and drawings to allow a seamless interpretation by the on-site construction team for bespoke millwork, finishes, and lighting designs.
Throughout the creative process, clients are presented with detailed presentations, allowing them to understand each aspect of the design; this includes imagery, floor plans, sample boards, or renderings as needed.
FF&E DESIGN + PROCUREMENT
Working meticulously to style and furnish each client’s home, we ensure every project has pieces selected that elevate the architectural design of the space. The best designs blend custom with ready-made, special vintage finds and high-level contemporary design.
This service includes soft furnishings, bespoke lighting, paint combinations, wall coverings, and selecting unique artwork. We manage the process of FF&E delivery from beginning to end. This includes budgets, processing, shipping coordination, and installation on-site to make sure the execution is seamless.
